Bought it for my neck
I got it because my neck was hurting, and so far I sleep really well on it. It is comfortable and hugs the neck and head nicely. The material feels good and it stays fairly firm.
It holds up in every position
I love this pillow. It supports the neck and head whatever position I end up in. I will get another one when this one flattens out.

You have to let it break in
At first I did not like it, simply because it takes two to three weeks to break in. After a week it was perfect. I really do recommend it.
