Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. The final amount is always shown to you before you confirm your order.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. Enter that number, or your order number and your email, in the tracking field at the top of this page to see where your package is.
How do I make a return?
You have 30 nights to try it. To start a return, write to us at contact@pillovashop.com with your order number. Our team will send you the steps to follow within 24 to 48 business hours. All the details are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
Can I change my address or my order after buying?
As long as your order has not shipped, we can change the delivery address or cancel the order. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@pillovashop.com with your order number. Once the package has shipped, changes are unfortunately no longer possible.
