These terms govern use of the Pillova website and all orders placed with our store. By placing an order, you accept these terms without reservation.

1. Seller identity

The Pillova website is operated by Aevolt Group LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States.

2. Products

Our products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs and illustrations are provided for guidance only and do not bind the seller in the event of a slight difference in color or appearance due to your screen.

Pillova products are comfort and wellness accessories. They are not medical devices and in no way replace medical advice or follow-up.

Face protection products are not certified personal protective equipment and do not replace approved goggles or a mask for hazardous work.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and include all taxes, excluding any shipping costs specified before you confirm the order.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rates in effect when the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the site constitutes a sales contract. After confirmation, you receive a confirmation email summarizing your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a prior dispute, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or an out-of-stock item. Where applicable, you will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is made online at the time of the order, through our secure providers Shopify Payments and PayPal. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored by us.

The order is processed only after payment is confirmed.

6. Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on your geographic area and the carrier.

In case of an unusual delivery delay, contact us through our contact form so that we can open an investigation with the carrier.

7. 30-day guarantee, withdrawal and returns

We offer you a 30-day trial from receipt of your order. If the product does not suit you, we refund its price on simple request by email, without you having to justify a defect and without returning the product.

An exchange is offered only when the item received is defective, damaged in transit, incomplete or different from the one ordered. It is then reshipped at our expense.

Independently of this commercial guarantee, you benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

8. Guarantee

Our products come with our "30-day money-back" guarantee, as well as the applicable statutory guarantees. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use.

9. Liability

Pillova cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the products or failure to follow usage advice. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

As the products are wellness accessories, they do not replace medical treatment or follow-up. In case of persistent pain, consult a healthcare professional.

10. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (texts, visuals, logos, the Pillova brand, layout) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the seller. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

11. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which complies with the GDPR.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the seller's place of establishment, subject to mandatory provisions protecting consumers in their country of residence.

In case of a dispute, we invite you to contact us first so that we can seek an amicable solution. Failing that, consumers residing in the European Union may use the European online dispute resolution platform.
