Terms of service

These terms govern the use of the Pillova site and all orders placed with our shop. By placing an order, you accept these terms without reservation.

1. Identity of the seller

The Pillova site is operated by Aevolt Group LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States.

2. Products

Our products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs and illustrations are provided as a guide and do not bind the seller in the event of a slight difference in color or presentation caused by your screen.

Pillova products are comfort and wellbeing accessories. They are not medical devices and in no way replace medical advice or medical care.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and include all taxes, excluding any delivery costs, which are stated before the order is confirmed.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Products are invoiced on the basis of the rates in force when the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the site constitutes a contract of sale. After confirmation, you receive an email summarizing your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a previous dispute, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or an out-of-stock item. Where that applies, you will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payment is made online when you order, through our secure providers Stripe and PayPal. Your bank details are encrypted and are never stored by us.

The order is only processed once payment has been confirmed.

6. Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. Delivery times are given as a guide and may vary depending on your geographic area and the carrier.

In the event of an unusual delivery delay, contact us at contact@pillovashop.com so that we can open an enquiry with the carrier.

7. 30-night trial, withdrawal and returns

We give you a 30-day trial from the day your order arrives. If the product does not change your mornings, we refund its price on a simple email request, without you having to point to a fault and with no return of the product.

An exchange is offered only when the item received is faulty, damaged in transit, incomplete or different from what was ordered. It is then reshipped at our expense.

Independently of this commercial trial, you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years and the guarantee against hidden defects.

8. Warranty

Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as well as by the applicable statutory warranties. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use.

9. Liability

Pillova cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the products or from failure to follow the instructions for use. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

As the products are wellbeing accessories, they are not a substitute for medical treatment or medical care. If pain persists, consult a healthcare professional.

10. Intellectual property

All elements of the site (text, images, logos, the Pillova trademark, layout) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the seller. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

11. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which complies with the GDPR.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the seller's place of establishment, subject to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers in their country of residence.

In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us first so that we can seek an amicable solution. Failing that, consumers residing in the European Union may use the European online dispute resolution platform.
