They are good for use during a game or for training as they provide good stability to the ankle. I don't give them 5 stars because the material they are made of won't last long. I have already bought this type of material that has a foam-like texture (note: it's not foam) and it doesn't last long. However, the grip of the fasteners is very good and the foot's perspiration does not interfere with them staying in place.
It's really good. I didn't know how to use it at first, but I quickly got the hang of it. It seems to be designed for the left foot, but it can be used for the right foot as well.
