Our products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs and illustrations are provided for guidance only and do not bind the seller in the event of a slight difference in color or presentation related to your screen.

Pillova products are comfort and wellness accessories. They are not medical devices and in no way replace medical advice or care.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and include all applicable taxes, excluding any shipping costs, which are specified before you confirm your order.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Products are invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the website constitutes a sales contract. After confirmation, you will receive an email summarizing your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a prior dispute, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, or a stock shortage. Where applicable, you will be fully refunded.

5. Payment

Payment is made online at the time of order, through our secure providers Stripe and PayPal. Your banking details are encrypted and are never stored by us.

The order is only processed after payment has been confirmed.

6. Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible. Delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, as well as our "45 nights satisfied or refunded" guarantee.

8. Warranty

Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as well as by the applicable statutory warranties. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use.

Pillova cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products or failure to follow the usage instructions. Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
