Shipping policy

At Pillova, we do everything we can to make sure your order reaches you quickly and in perfect condition. Here are the terms for the preparation, dispatch, and delivery of your orders.

Processing Time

Once your payment is confirmed, your order is prepared and shipped within 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is:

  • France: 2 to 5 business days
  • Belgium, Luxembourg: 3 to 6 business days
  • Ireland: 4 to 8 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4 to 8 business days
  • Switzerland: 4 to 8 business days
  • Canada: 6 to 12 business days

These times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on the carrier, the season (sales, holidays), and any customs constraints.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders. The final amount, including any applicable fees, is always shown to you before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. It allows you to follow your order at any time.

If you haven't received this email within a few days, please check your spam folder, then contact us at contact@pillovashop.com.

Carriers

Your orders are entrusted to trusted carriers, including Colissimo, as well as their local partners depending on your delivery area.

Customs Duties and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, such as Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Canada, customs duties or local taxes may apply according to your country's regulations. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by Pillova.

Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of order. Pillova cannot be held responsible for a delay or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delay, Lost, or Damaged Parcel

In the event of an abnormal delay, a lost parcel, or damage during transit, please contact us at contact@pillovashop.com. We will open an inquiry with the carrier and ensure a solution is found: reshipment or refund as appropriate.
