No. High-density foam is designed to retain its firmness and shape over time, unlike low-end foams.
The breathable fabric is soft and suitable for sensitive skin. Washing before first use is recommended.

You test the pillow at home for 45 nights. If your mornings don't change, you return it to us and get a refund.
Contact us to initiate the return. Upon receipt and verification of the cushion, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your payment method.
The claim must be made within 45 nights, with proof of purchase, the cushion clean and the cover washed, for hygiene reasons.
Our cushions are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or improper use.
