Pourquoi les hanches souffrent pendant la grossesse

Pendant la grossesse, le corps produit des hormones qui relâchent les ligaments du bassin pour préparer l'accouchement. Le bassin devient plus mobile, et plus sensible aux mauvaises positions. Ajoutez le poids qui augmente et le centre de gravité qui se déplace : la nuit, la hanche du dessous prend cher.
