How do I put it on?

Three steps. Position it around your ankle. Bring the support strap across your foot, then wrap the second strap around your ankle and fasten it. Adjust until it feels snug and comfortable. See the steps above.

Can I pick a different colour for each brace?

Will it feel too tight?

Will it get in the way of walking and my shoes?

It's a bit small for my feet, but when I pull it on and secure it, it holds firmly. When worn over socks, it's a thin elastic band, so it seems like there's no problem wearing it over shoes.

They are good for use during a game or for training as they provide good stability to the ankle. I don't give them 5 stars because the material they are made of won't last long. I have already bought this type of material that has a foam-like texture (note: it's not foam) and it doesn't last long. However, the grip of the fasteners is very good and the foot's perspiration does not interfere with them staying in place.

It's really good. I didn't know how to use it at first, but I quickly got the hang of it. It seems to be designed for the left foot, but it can be used for the right foot as well.

It's made of a thin material and doesn't feel bulky, so it's comfortable to wear. It has the same shape on both sides, so it's unbalanced when used on the left or right foot. It's a good shape to wear based on the left foot, but it's not uncomfortable or anything like that.

Very good product, a bit trying for the first time, but once found the good tension, easy to mount and fits in every shoe, very thin. would recommend.

2 stabilizers made of high-quality material, although slightly too small in size (boy 180 cm tall, weight 65 kg), overall I recommend them because I will be using them myself.
